セール品だからでしょうか・・明らかな汚れがあり、正直がっかりです。サイバーマンデーで、安くなっていたので購入を決めましたが大きな金額の買い物をするのに抵抗ができました。
A Straight Up Guy

I now own two BG L41 Gold-Plated ligatures. Here is what I like about them:1. First and foremost, they sound great.2. They are quick and easy to use.3. The reed lines up where you put it - down the center of the table - and does not get pushed to one side of the table when you tighten the lig.4. The reeds stays where you put it!!! I've never had a reed slip while using this ligature.5. They adjust over a reasonably wide range of barrel diameters.6. They don't scratch the barrel or deform the reed.7. They come with a full cap - as opposed to the Francois Louis end cap, which is fine enough I suppose, but which never leaves me with a truly reassured feeling.8. The second ligature is identical to the first so far as I can tell!!! That is fine quality control. The cap is a mild disappointment, but not enough to diminish the utility and desirability of this product for me. The cap is a cheap plastic one, and it does not fit well over larger diameter mouthpieces. For me, the cheap and simple solution is to use a cap from another ligature. If you do not have rubber ligature caps available, many caps are available cheaply from Amazon. (Search musical instruments on "tenor saxophone mouthpiece cap".)Sooner or later you will realize that ligatures are a very personal choice about which there are strong opinions but no consensus. Some people don't think any expensive ligature is worth the money. Others swear by two screw ligatures only. For me no other ligature has sounded better or been easier to use on Tenor than the BG L41. In the end, you pay your money and take your choice. Good luck with whatever your choice is!
