These carbide end mills cut cleanly and precisely in aluminum on my CNC mill, leaving smooth finishes with no excessive chatter. They arrived well-packaged, and the sharp edges held up well even after multiple passes.However, it’s disappointing that the containers aren’t labeled. Having to measure each bit manually to confirm the size is frustrating, especially when organizing multiple sets. For small, precise cuts, they perform well, but the lack of labeling is an unnecessary hassle.

So far I've only used these in 6061 aluminum and they seem to work well. I did break one of them, which was probably my fault for allowing chips to build up in a slot I was cutting. These smaller end mills like to run at high RPM's, have plenty of cutting oil or coolant, and an air blast really helps for clearing out chips. I like that they come in a 5-pack because it's super easy to break these little guys if you're not careful. They come in their own individual plastic sleeves to protect them from chips, dust or damage. The sleeves are good quality, but there is no labeling of any kind. I had to write on them with a sharpie so I know what size they are. I'm using them in a manual mill, but I think they'd be better suited to a CNC where you can dial in the feeds and speeds a little better. On my manual machine it's really hard to get a feel for how the tool is cutting. Overall these seem like good end mills for a reasonable price.

These are nice carbide end mill bits. They are sharp and cut nice. I'm always amazed at how they can make such a small end mill. These are nicely packaged and and easy to store and use. They can plunge cut or come in from the side. Definitely worth the price so it you break one it's not the end of the world. I would recommend these for projects that have small cuts that need to be smooth and clean.

Ordered these as we need to drill into some metal.The bits are smaller than I expected however do a decent job for a smaller hole. Though it says to expect 4, I received 5.
