No added junk. Just roasted pigs ears. Great snack and good chewing exercise. My dog loves these. $1 each is very good price.

These are the best and largest pig ears I have bought for my 1 yr old rescue pup to date! I found out how good pig ears are for dogs, especially heavy chewers! My pup Sugar gets so so excited when she gets one! It also keeps her occupied for a good 15-30 minutes, for a staffy mix, that’s a miracle as she is quite clingy (in a cute way)!!!I have tried a couple different brands, the textures seem similar, but these are so much larger. Makes for a really good bang for your buck!Sugar does have a sensitive stomach sometimes, but we have had no issues introducing one large pig ear about once a week. No diarrhea like she got from a different treat I introduced before I tried these!

What I really wanted was a *chew* - like the regular pig ear pieces that take a little more than a few seconds to consume (even the smaller pieces take a while to eat). These are exactly like fried bacon; very crunchy, greasy feeling, and particles come off easily when you handle them - and like well done bacon, they are most definitely NOT chewy. If you're familiar with pig ears or pig ear pieces you also know that you can't just easily snap one of those with your hands. All of these are very easy to just snap apart - exactly like - well - bacon. They appear plenty tasty enough and my Border Collie and GSD puppy like them. But... what I wanted to provide was something they could work on for a bit. Especially the puppy. This company just fried up a bunch of pig ears and figured they'd sell 'em as chews for dogs. Uh. No. They are not.Disappointed.

For the record, I can’t believe I’m writing an Amazon review of pig ears. :)I have a small dog who loves pig ears. He can’t eat a whole pig ear – not even close. So I order pig ears in bulk and cut them up into thirds with metal shears. This is a ritual that I go through every couple of months. So I have a lot of experience ordering pig ears, handling pig ears, and cutting up pig ears. I have never written a review of pig ears before, and I have never ordered from this supplier before, but the whole time I was cutting them up, I thought, I should tell people how awesome these ears are. I’ve posted a photo so that you can see the size, and I have large hands. These are very large ears. If you happen to have a small dog, the other advantage is that they are not curled up or overly thick, which makes them easy to cut and easy for a small dog to eat. I have no idea where this company gets their pigs from, but they were the best pig ears I have ever ordered from Amazon.

The taste must be good; I only have to say “pig ear” and our standard goldendoodle acts like she just won the lottery. The only bummer about these is that they don’t come in a resealable package. I’ve been reusing the bag from the ones we got at Costco. The ears are large and keep our large dog occupied for around 10 minutes, and then she stays calm and satisfied for a good measure of time after that. Generally, if we’re trying to watch a show and she’s going nuts with a squeaky toy, one of these will fix the situation for the duration of the show, and then we can play with a toy after. (In this photo, I gave her one to calm and reward her post-bath.)I’ve never noticed them being oily or smelly (although I don’t deliberately sniff them). If they were oily, my dog would have diarrhea, but that’s never been a problem with these pig ears. They’ve always arrived clean and dry and mold-free. Will continue to buy as long as the price seems good.

I have two rescue dogs and one of them is a unrelenting 'I'm chewing everything in sight' pitbull. I've had her for a year and she is now three years old . I know this aggressive chewing will stop as she grows older but for now I find any snack that will keep her busy . I have bully sticks which are quite expensive and doesn't last as long as it should.I bought this 100 pack pig ears and of course they love it but it also takes her about the same amount of time to finish it as a 12 inch bully stick, which is a win in my book. These ears are cheaper than bully sticks and are healthier than rawhide chews . These pig ears come in different sizes but most of them are huge where I'm in need to search for a smaller one for my other dog since she is 50 lbs and not 80 lbs like my pitbull. If you need ones that are sliced smaller , then you're in luck because they also sell one with mixed whole and slices. I got the whole ears and I am very happy with the quality of them. It was sent in a sealed plastic bag within a box. Once opened there is no way to reseal them so be prepared to repackage or as I did, put them in a airtight container like the ones I use for their dog food.Hope this helps other dog lovers keep their doggos happy
