This is a really nice backrest. It was super easy to install, it clicked right on. The padding is really nice, it's zipped in, so it's easy to change out if it gets worn down or you want to upgrade to a better padding in the future. The only con is that it is not adjustable. It doesn't lean back at all, it sits straight up. I still think it's a good value.

Make sure you've got your 4-point docking set up on your big Harley bagger and then you're set with this backrest. Goes in and locks in securely. Comes off when you want to ride alone. Best of both worlds.

GOT THIS ON MY 2023 ROAD GLIDE . LOOKS NICE. IS WELL MADE AND SHOULD LAST A LONG TIME. FUNCTIONS WELL AND CLICKS ON AND OFF EASILLY . WAS EASY TO INSTALL . AND IS A GOOD BUY FOR THE MONEY.

The fit to my bike is off and the tool that is with this doesn't work to bring the ends in closer to make this a true detachable.Now I need to come up with a way of bringing the ends in Towards each other by 1/8 inch.

I have rated over a dozen Benlari products and I have yet to be disappointed. Right out of the box you know you have received a great product. The care taken in the packaging is nice. Mine came with rubber/plastic retaining bumpers around the clasps to keep them from getting damaged in transit. The pad was separate from the bar with the attachment hardware in a separate bag and each piece wrapped in foam. The bars could be thicker, but they are thick enough to serve the purpose and do not bend or give way even with some weight put on them. The powder coating was well done and I couldn't find any defects in it.I put this on my '21 RKS and it looks great. The backpack says she likes it and that it is comfortable even on our longer rides. You'd easily pay MUCH more for an authentic HD seat (which I own) and I can not tell a difference in the quality between this product and the one I paid much more for.
