I wish I could provide a more thorough review but I ordered the 3/4" (19mm) version and what arrived was the 20mm version (confirmed with a caliper). No telling if this was the fault of Amazon fulfillment or the seller's quality control but they didn't fit in my workbench dogholes (harbor freight hardwood workbench). That being said, I reoriented the holding screw to be upside down, and threaded end of the post did fit my workbench dog holes nicely, however the threaded metal will undoubtedly ruin my dog holes over time and so I won't be using them in this way beyond my initial test.Upside down in my workbench it is very sturdy and seems to be good quality with a lot of holding power. Unfortunately I missed my return window (I'm a buy now test later type of person) so I'll be hanging on to these and will probably eventually drill some 20mm holes in a separate table top for an alternate use. Not sure if my experience was a one off, or indicative of a production problem, but I did think it was worth mentioning. Aside from sending me an incorrect post size, quality of the clamp itself is great.

They look well made, and fit in dogholes very snugly, which I appreciate. The portion that goes down in the doghole is a smooth cylinder, which is okay, but some competing hold-fasts are knurled in this area. That's the only possible issue with these though, otherwise I really like them.

Going Make has always delivered excellent packaging and instructions. Both of which were missing with this purchase. One clamps came fully assembled, the other disassembled. Not sure why the lack of packaging, nicks, no instructions, and partial assembly, but this will have me think twice before purchasing this brand again. I like their pocket hole fixture, thin strip table saw jig. So if your expect dings and damage of the tools to be done by you,…I don’t recommend purchasing these.

Bought several GoingMake wood working products after seeing several positive reviews on my YouTube wood working channels. Overall the brand makes quality wood working products at a reasonable price. These were the only ones that could use a bit of help. The doghole shaft is smooth. It doesn't grip the hole well and rather that clamping down the work piece, the shaft slips up through the hole. It could be better.

Very quick to adjust to work piece. They fit in my bench perfectly. They release very smoothly. Better than I thought they might be. I have ordered several GoingMake tools and the quality always pleases me. The thin rip jig is a real finger saver.

These clamps seem to be nicely made and fit snuggly in my hole but as you tighten them down they pull out of the hole. You can put side pressure on them to get them to hold but it is a pain. You need two hands to get them to tighten and then the hold down pad spins when you tighten them and moves your board. I believe it would work better if the hold down pad had a swivel so it doesn't move while you are tightening the clamp. I will be returning the clamps they are more hassle than they are worth.

Indispensable pour le travail du bois et du métal, ces accessoires sont solides et facile d’utilisation s’adapte très bien à la plus part des établies portative mais pour certain il vous faudra agrandir l’orifice pour y insérer la tige, c’est ce que j’ai du faire et tout va bien bonne tenu des pièces pour le travail.
