I do A LOT of fishing around coastal areas of the gulf in Florida. My arch nemesis is the NoSeeUm...these wipes are fantastic for keeping them away. I prefer them to any other product on the market. You don't smell like a chem bath or flower garden, they wipe on easy and boom! you're ready for outdoors. The small packets are great for putting in pockets or tackle boxes without the worry of leakage...!

I’ve placed five packets inside my camelback, never noticed them there for months, but thankfully remembered them there when mosquito swarms greeted me in Wyoming after the unusually-heavy summer rains. Needless to say, my hike (and my vacation) would have been cut short without them. On the way to Casper, I left the three remaining packets with the poor flag man at the Hwy 26 road construction and felt the warm afterglow of a truly-heartfelt blessing.

Although the smell is noticeable when first applied it is not terrible and does dissipate after 5 minutes or so. We were looking for single use wipes for our trip to the Amazon/Peru and this product really delivered. We were in a known Malaria area and so took seriously the advice to apply mosquito repellent daily and to wear long sleeves, hats, etc... We did not receive a single bug bite in nearly 3 weeks and began sharing our extra Ben's towelettes with others in our group who did not bring bug repellent or had run out of what they brought. For all day excursions my husband and I used a full towelette each for our hands, back of neck, front of neck applying it liberally. For shorter excursions we shared a towelette. Together with other protective products that were on our clothing and day packs we never were a target for mosquitoes. Purchase with confidence! We will be buying again if we ever need bug repellant for traveling.

I have been using these for years and I basically never get bit if I am covered. The chemicals are strong and the smell is a little annoying, but they work. I have used them in Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and they are reliable. The downside to their efficacy is that they have a ton of deet in them. My skin is somewhat sensitive so I often get a pretty annoying itchy rash if I am using them daily. On the other hand, I don't get bit.There is enough product in each wipe for two people, they're pretty well saturated. And they pack easily, are easy to throw in a purse or backpack, and they work! So yes, I will keep using them, even though they irritate my skin.

These are easy to use and convenient. The only problem we have is the wipe isn't very big and doesn't cover much. My husband has to use 1 for each leg and 1 for the arms.

Fantastic product! The smell is WAY better than popular brand repellants - there is practically no smell once it's dried. One towelette covers me (adult male) wearing short pants and t-shirt. I start low and work my way up - so it's strongest around my lower legs for ticks. I cover my socks too and no signs of staining on any material. I even wipe my nearly bald head when I'm all done, just so there's a small quantity there. ZERO mosquito bites after using this product - on the same day(s) they are actively biting (I was being bitten before applying).And having it in a packet is perfect for my backpack. Sprays are OUT. Plus, sprays are wasteful, messy, and eat plastic (do NOT spray insect repellant near any plastic items you care about, I.E. your car).

My husband travels to south Florida often for work and I am pregnant, so the Zika virus is a major concern for us. These wipes give us peace of mind. They contain DEET for effective mosquito repellant and are easy to apply. My husband likes that he can put the wipes in his carry-on and not worry about his supply meeting TSA standards since they aren't a liquid. I took one star off though because he complains that they leave his skin rather sticky. Small price to pay for baby's safety.
