I ordered this vest in black (size M), and it fits well. The square neckline and tailored fit make it super flattering. It’s one of those pieces you can wear alone or layer over a blouse or under a jacket for extra styling options. The fabric and manufacture feels slightly cheap on this vest, not horrible, but vest is unlined and feels more like a fast fashion item than a quality piece. It fits well and is pretty flattering on. The size chart is accurate. What I like about this vest is that I have a hard time buying vests because off my hourglass figure, if big enough in bust they are too big in waist.I had to size up considerably to accommodate my bustline, but the chart is accurate for bust sizes. What I do like about this is there is an adjustable waist buckle in back, so I can bring in the waist for a better fit. It can be really hard for women with larger busts and proportionately smaller waists to find a vest that fits the bust without being unflatteringly large in the waist, so while this vest is not the very best quality, I would recommend it for women who have trouble finding a vest that fits hourglass or busty body types. This vest looks good alone as a vest top with a miniskirt or jeans for a going-out look, or styled with a thin turtleneck and flowy but tailored slacks and ankle boots for work. I have been eyeing trendy vest looks for awhile, so I am happy to find one that fits my curves.

This should be a staple for every woman’s closet. The material has enough stretch and breathable make it comfortable to style it and be creative. Very versatile, you can either dress it up or down. It fits as it’s should, go with your size and size down for a tighter fit

The quality and tailoring are very good, just what I expected from Belle Poque. I got a medium, and the fit is pretty nice, but it's a little snug at the bust line. I'm tempted to move a few of the buttons a little (easier than dieting!). The large looked like it might be too big. I think though, if you're between sizes, you should probably go up. The fabric is nice, with a lined front and a nice texture. It's 98% polyester, 2% viscose. The buttons are real, the two front pockets are real, and the cinch in the back has a nice adjustable metallic silver buckle. I machine-washed mine in cold water on the gentle cycle and hung it to dry. It came out perfect. I wore it out with a pair of Capri jeans, and it was very flattering.

I was decently impressed with the quality of this vest. It would have passed the "touch test" in a store, and still made it home with me. The fabric is lightweight and breathable knit, making it perfect for layering without feeling bulky. Despite its lightness, it doesn’t feel flimsy at all, and it doesn't feel gimmicky or like a costume accessory.Unfortunately, it arrived just a day after the event I had planned to wear it to, which was a bit disappointing. It doesn't fit in my usual style, but I like enough that I'm going to try expanding my comfort zone. The versatility of this vest means it can easily be dressed up or down, so there are lots of possibilities for layering and refreshing old outfits with this one piece.

This top is really cute and flattering and would great in a casual setting. I actually was hoping to wear it to work but I think the buttons are not as nice as I would like and the back of the top is slightly sheer, with a much thinner fabric than the front of the garment. This will look cute with jeans or something casual but not something that I would wear in a professional setting. Still the fit is really cute and I have my eye on another color so would recommend overall for a sort of elevated, casual top.

If I'd known that the bust on the Large was 40 inches around, I would have gotten a Medium instead, but the size chart was too general to be helpful. At 5'5" and 140 pounds with a 31-inch waist, I often wear a Large, so that's what I ordered, but this vest is comically big in the chest. (Plus, the waist on the Large is 35 inches around.) Maybe it would be okay if the sizing was right, but I'm annoyed that I'll have to wear it with a shirt underneath because the back isn't lined and my bra shows through. So no, I'm not a big fan.
