Unfortunately, this set of 2mm head nose studs came in with 1mm heads, way too small to use in any of my piercings. The heads are barely bigger than the 20G (0.8mm) posts, and since my nostril piercing is 18G, I’d be at risk of inhaling them into my sinuses if I wore them. I certainly can’t wear them in my 16G helix piercing, either. They are beautiful tiny heads, with colors that I was much anticipating wearing, but they’re just too small to trust. The 3 lengths of push posts are useful, though, since they can be used with any other 20G head, so there is that. Dissapointing.

The threading on the gem part seems very flimsy. I'm also not sure that the gauge size is correct. I would only wear these on a limited basis and not for a long term stud.

This is a nice pack with multiple colors and stud lengths, which can be helpful depending on what kind of fit you need for your nose. All the different colors fit all of the different lengths so you can mix and match as you choose. The stones are nice and dainty, which I prefer for work. They’re easy to put together and take apart because they are threadless, so no twisting and fidgeting with little tiny pieces like the screw-on style.

I got these to wear in my forward helixes because I really liked the small back size and hoped that it would be more comfortable and possibly make them less angry.The posts are as listed, although I do with the gauge was a little larger, 16 or 18. I love that the gems are bezel set, and they are fairly reflective even though that type of setting is light-limiting.Be aware, the heads are TINY. They disappear when I wear them and don't work in my larger gauge holes. Will be looking for different sizes from this seller.

I really like the smallest size for my nose piercing. It sparkles and the gold is brilliant looking. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a subtle looking nose piercing. It feels very comfortable and was easy to put in.
