Controller feels good, interesting placement for vibrations feels a bit visceral at the fingertips rather than base of the controller. Buttons feel good. Only gripe I have is that there's no way to replace the replaceable front as there's no storefront for it.

Back paddles and hall effect thumbsticks will make this controller the best on the market. Everything else feels great.

Had some issues with the first product, but the seller was very good and very responsive.

UPDATE 7/13/2023 - I have purchased 7 of these controllers and unfortunately I cannot recommend the current batch. All of them have popping/clicking noises in their ALPS joysticks that can be felt during gameplay. Lowering my review to 2 stars due to bad QC on the joysticks. They function normally, but the popping/clicking is so distracting during gameplay. So far, this is the best controller I've used, and I've used almost every single pro controller on the market. There are some bugs, however using the latest firmware for controller + receiver as of 7/7/2023:1. LT trigger range can randomly be stuck to 39% at max pull. This prevents some games from reading LT input properly. You can fix this by setting the trigger range to 100% in the software, but it might reset back to 39% at some point when you redo mappings or sync to different systems.2. BT mode with Xinput on PC does not allow you to use FN key shortcuts. This needs to be fixed.3. The center AI key cannot be remapped on the single tap command. Double taps and other commands can be remapped. I want to remap single tap to be the Home Key4. USB receiver does not go to sleep when the controller is turned off. It will keep searching for a controller to connect to, as long as power is being supplied to the receiver.Hopefully these issues can be fixed soon, and then I would have no issues bumping this review to 5 stars.

I bought this because Xbox controllers have not shown any major improvements over the years, and I'm tired of dealing with random disconnections, and sometimes even require pairing again, even when using the official PC adapter.Overall, I'm satisfied. It has many back paddles for customization. Unfortunately, it does not allow adding macros to these paddles (or I have not found the correct way to do so).I have noticed a small clicking sound when I start moving my right joystick, as mentioned in other reviews. However, it is so faint that it is not noticeable while gaming. In fact, I didn't even notice it until I read that particular review. The mechanical buttons feel good, and there are replacement parts available that fit your use case. They have a similar D-pad replacement compared to the Xbox Elite series.FYI, if you upgrade the controller/adapter's firmware using their software, you will need to pair them again. Here's the process:1.Turn off the controller.2.Press the Fn button (located at the bottom of the controller), then turn on the controller while keeping the Fn button pressed until the lights quickly flash.3.Wait until the pairing is complete.

I've bumped it up another star. Almost an entire month without any issues. As long as I don't try to use the controller after its completely dead the controller stays connected and working properly. Definitely a go to daily. Being able to make the helps when I don't feel like the controller reacts how I expect. If it doesn't have any issues over the next week or 2 I'll push it all the way to 5 stars. Which it will earn!!I've bumped up the rating a star and will continue to do so as long as my current controller is working. I'm a little concerned that it's starting to disconnect like my last one did. It seems like it slowly disconnects as the inputs get weaker. This while wired. Not sure the cause but I think it could be the controller isn’t charged before playing. Even if it is wired. Since it's acting the way a controller would if it was dying. Hopefully that fixes the issues since the controller's performance overall is amazing. It's not my favorite controller to game with but probably top 3. Which is saying a lot since I use or try everything I come across.Everything about the controller is great to me. Accurate thumbsticks. 6 additional remappable buttons that are in easy to use positions. All buttons are mechanical buttons. Very easy to use and understand app. 6 joysticks, 3 dpads, 3 sets of button modules that are different heights for quicker response. A long USB braided cable for use while playing. Easy to remove faceplate. Hopefully they will have different options of faceplates in the future. Very comfortable to hold and feels like high quality material.Works really well...until it hasn't. I've had to replace 2 controllers and now on my 3rd. The issues weren't major and different on both controllers. 1 was a broken piece on a thumbstick that held the thumbstick in place. The other controller started to slowly lose connection after a couple days of use. I'm hoping that both were just one offs since they were very different issues that aren't related. I've gave the low rating due to these issues and will change my rating if the 3rd controller holds up. Because it's the best all around controller I've used and I've used them all.
