Vellum is semi transparent and has a very unique feel to it. It is NOT paper. This product is most assuredly PAPER. It's a nice paper. But not nice if you are wanting VELLUM

Heavy weight paper. Not too much tooth, just the right amount. Non spiral bound makes for easier time getting the drawing pad in and out of my art bag. Sheets come off cleaner and without tearing as easily in like perforated spiral bound.Will definitely buy more products for the company, very satisfied with the product

I got this so that my little artist could start entering drawing contests. This arrived quickly and is perfect. My daughter loves her special paper, and I love that buying this was much more affordable than other brands.

I was looking for sheer vellum, but that's on me for not knowing my paper types and not reading comments. This is heavy weight and very opaque (like sketch paper.) Have heard nothing but good things about the brand. I look forward to experimenting with this paper type to see where it shines.

This is abit priceir then other sketch pads but so much nicer to sletch with . Its toothy so it picks up pencil crayon well however i wouldnt recommend using it for markers as its thick so markers bleed amd spread. If your looking to up your sketch quality maybe the correct paper is all you need ? Give this a try im glad i did

VERY BIG which is extremely useful! Consistency is great :) only problem is the rolliness of it (struggling to keep it straight while painting) but that's not a major problem as it would obviously happen if it's rolled :)

This vellum sketch pad is huge. It is nice thick paper. This sketch pad is great for huge drawings and paintings.

Bee Paper is AMAZING. just AMAZING. this paper wasn't exactly what I needed for my copic and customer service worked with me for like a month sending sample papers I could try ... kept going above and beyond till I was happyyyyyy. WOW.

I am not a drawing artist, so perhaps should have investigated more but to me this is not vellum. Vellum to me has always been translucent, and a project I am doing called for "heavyweight vellum", so I purchased this tablet. The paper is heavyweight, opaque, and textured a bit. Fine I'm sure for drawing as is stated on it, but why then call this paper "vellum" when it resembles any good drawing pad paper. In any store that sells vellum paper, it is translucent.

Item exactly as described. For a professional artist no idea how it would stack up. My experience sketching goes back to college art classes and this is what I was familiar with using.
