I am using it after an emergency brain surgery, craniotomy. It is a perfect fit, lose enough not to press on all the tender spots, but shaped well to stay on my head. Soft and pretty.

It was very pretty but way to large for my head. I've got a pretty large head so it must run large. Got to figure out some kind of way to wear it

This cap is a pretty one with the butterflies. I am sure when I lose my hair from chemo it will work nicely to keep my head warm.

Wow, this hat is huge! However, I have a large head and hate those hats that squeeze me to death. This is gigantic! But in a good way. I can wear it very comfortably. It's also very long, so you can do that droopy thing in back. Or if you have a lot of hair, there is plenty of room to tuck it all up inside if you like.I was also surprised to find that it is reversible! They've carried the design all through the inside layer too. This gives you more options. You can reverse it to expose the inside colors. And ... this is the best ... you can flip it up and create a nice folded brim!

terrible. Huge. No way to even figure out how to fix it. Just stuck it in the trash and it will be going to the landfill tomorrow. I wouldnt even donate it to goodwill

Love the design and the versatility. Material is sturdy and has not ripped or torn despite frequent use, and it's breathable and cool enough to be worn at work without overheating. May be a bit tight sometimes, as well as a bit slippery in others, but still a frequent and satisfying wear.

I really wanted to like this headcover. But it was very difficult to use and put on the head with ease. It required a lot of manipulation. It runs quite large.
