BB30 is an early industry standard referring to 30mm spindle. However, this bottom bracket is for adapting bike frame with BB30 shell (ID: 42mm, Width: 68-73mm) to crank spindle of 24 mm (Shimano) or 24/22 mm (SRAM GXP).

Please make sure your frame's BB shell size meets BB30 standard( (ID: 42mm, Width: 68-73mm) ) and you will install crank with spindle size of 24mm or 24/22mm OD before purchasing. Not verifying your bike BB shell and crank specification prudently could result in buying an imcompatible BB and hassles of returning it.

I installed the bottom bracket and it started to make loud noises while paddling.After reinstalling it, the sound never stops.I do need to return the item.
