This is a perfect fit replacement for the Canon battery door... but as others have noted, it does NOT have the rubber gasket around the edge like the Canon original and so does not prevent moisture from getting into the battery compartment.

These were clearly reverse-engineered and it doesn't fit smooth or latch properly.

While this part does fit the battery compartment of the Canon 5D Mark IV please be aware that it does NOT have the rubber gasket like the original Canon part, thus eliminating the weather/water seal of the original part. Buyer beware! The color is also more of a dark grey than black and therefore does not match the color of the camera body.
