These are my third consecutive pair of Bates boots, are really comfortable and perfect for any weather, rain, snow, hot or cold and are a light boots.

Only a few months in and they’re finished. The toes started to peel almost immediately, a couple eyelets have broken off and then the zipper on one boot broke shortly after. These were my husbands boots and he’s more of an office guy, so there’s no way these boots should have lasted less than 6 months. The most frustrating thing is the customer service. There’s no contact information on their Amazon page so I’ve emailed them a couple times on their web site and they’ve never responded. Very disappointing

I walk over 15,000 steps just at work alone and deal with emergency calls. These Boots are quality and fits perfectly. I've been buying Bates boots for years.

Been ordering the same boot every two years for the last 8 years boot last about two years until the back rips open great boot for everyday use

My other Bates boots are all 10.5 W and fit comfortably even with thicker socks. Had to return 10.5 W for 11.5 W and then 12.5 W before these fit. Return and replace process was excellent which mitigates sizing inconvenience. Have to break in to see how long-term fit will be.
