- NOTE: The grinding wheel shaft can ONLY be installed on the LEFT side of the machine.
- As you increase the diameter of the buffing wheels, you increase the drag on the unit, which means the bigger the wheel the more amperage you need. So buffer is designed for a 4 inch wheel.
Switch
Insulated design with protective cover, safer and more durable.
The switch is located on one side so you can polish from the front or from the back
Carbon brush mounting port
It is quick and easy to replace the carbon brush by opening the lid. Replace the carbon brush every three to six months.
Non-slip base
4 rubber feet help keep bench buffer poilisher in place on a table, no vibration and stability.
Adjustable speed
Rotate to the right, the speed becomes larger. You can adjust any speed between 1750 and 10000rpm.
It can use 4 interchangeable attachments for different operations:
- Flexible shaft for different grinding wheels with shank (in the accessories package) or tungsten steel needle.
- Drill chuck for different grinding wheels with shank (in the accessories package) or tungsten steel needle.
- Arbor adapter for mounting grinding wheels or fiber wheels (ONLY on the left)
- Tapered spindle for mounting cloth wheels

IS ok for light cleaning and polishing, but motor bogs down easily. I wish it has a bit more power.

I loved the dial that allows speed control. This works great for putting a finish polish on Cabochons. I would recommend that you also purchase a shield for the buffer; stones can fly, and the shield also helps for safety.

Just unpacked it and ran it for a few minutes with all the different attachments. Only issue I came across is, the flex shaft chuck just fell out of the hand piece, not sure how it's supposed to be held in there because nothing seems obviously broken but it slips out with no resistance at all. I could probably figure a way of securing it down but for something that's supposed to spin at thousands of rpms I'd prefer a manufacturer replacement (for obvious safety concerns).Now gotta figure out how to contact them for one 😂.

At the price point I was doubtful and fully expected to return it after a couple of uses. I love it and have used it multiple times a day for two weeks now with multiple accessories on the flex shaft and the buffing wheel. The variable speed is great. Buy it and you will not regret it.
