Poor quality - was torn at the seam - very disappointed - appears to have been packaged at distribution center - probably torn when packaged but rather than getting a replacement the person packing ignored.

I recently purchased the BALAPET Dog Crate Bumper for my puppy's crate, and while the concept is great, I encountered some challenges with the setup.### Pros:The bumper itself is well-made and fits snugly around the crate, providing a soft barrier to protect my pup from the metal bars. The ties securely attach it to the crate, ensuring it stays in place. The grey color is neutral and blends nicely with my home decor.### Cons:However, I found the bumper a bit tricky to install, especially around the door area. It took some maneuvering to get it to fit properly without bunching up or leaving gaps. The instructions could be clearer on the best way to secure it, particularly in the corners.Additionally, my puppy seems to have a fascination with the bumper and has tried to chew on it a few times. While it's holding up well so far, I worry about its durability if he continues this behavior.Overall, the BALAPET Dog Crate Bumper is a good idea, but the execution could use some refinement. With clearer instructions and perhaps a more chew-resistant material, it could be an excellent accessory for crate training.

Deluxe accommodation. We love this thing! Keeps our dogs warm and comfy. Definite improvement from the cold, raw steel cage. Not incredibly thick, but it is machine washable. A bit tiring to install, but you'll appreciate all the ties for keeping it in place. Your pupper will thank you.

One of our dogs has begun experiencing seizures, mostly at night when she is in her crate. I think these bumpers work ok, but I wish they were thicker. I think I'll order another to soften the sides of the crate a bit more.

Easy enough to put on. I'm small so I just sat in the floor to install it but if you're of a bigger stature it'd be easier to install while the crate is on a table. I can definitely tell it keeps the crate warmer and much cozier than before. The morning after install I opened the crate door and my pup didn't come out for about ten minutes. Lol I could tell he was very comfy, no more cold bars rubbing against him. Haven't washed it yet but seems like it should hold up well in the gentle cycle. The material feels nice and soft but not thin. It has a lil bit of padding to it as well. It's nice it doesn't cover the entire sidewalls so there's still air circulating. Would recommend.

My dogs are fine in their crates but love the comfort of a soft bed so I knew this would be a hit in our house. What a difference it makes!! The padded sides feel so much more cozy and it just softens the look of the crate overall. In our case, the crate mat matches the crate bumpers which is great. The bumpers are a soft material, well-padded and fit perfectly in our 36” crate. It does mean you have to make a choice about which door you will use if there are two. It doesn’t mean that it has to be a permanent decision though. It takes just a few minutes to install and probably seconds to undo. The ties are relatively thick and strong and feel durable and tie nicely. The bumper stays in place on both the top and bottom. It is washable which is essential for anything “dog”. I should have gotten this a long time ago. I really like it and so does Darlie. The first picture is when I installed the bumper and the second photo is after about an hour. She has hasn’t moved except to sink in fully.
