Each Gold Polka Dot Baby Tutu is made of three layers of soft, fluffy tulle covered with large gold polka dots, and a satin-covered elastic waistband. The waist measures approximately 10" relaxed and will stretch to about 23" in circumference. The tulle skirt measures about 7" in length. We recommend this tutu for infants and toddlers up to about 2 years old.

I loved the product it was adorable. Unfortunately I might have a larger baby it stated it can fit ages 0-2 I could barely get it on my 11 month old and was hoping to use it for her birthday party but wanted it to be more loose for comfort.

This skirt was perfect for my little girls one year photo shoot! Great value, as it was only a photo prop and I didn't want to invest a lot of money into something that would be worn once! It's perfect for the dress up clothes box next!

Cant beat the price. Used for a photoshoot of our 1 month daughter. Fit good had a lot of stretch so could fit a larger baby. Dont know if it would fit a toddler maybe a lean one. Its very full and photographed beautifully. Its tulle so when other reviewers say its scratchy well, its tulle so yeah. For a baby photoshoot its perfect. Over clothes it would be great as well. Just like others say scratchy if on the skin for a long time. I am purchased a second one for the holidays to go over her outfit. All in all very satisfied.
