If I was a new mom and someone got this for me, I certainly wouldn't complain at all. If you need a quick gift, not sure what to get, etc, grab this and rest assured you are ok. However, while the idea behind this all in one box for a new mom is great, the execution in some regards isn't the best. Just to name a few:1. Cover: "My special keepsakes sweet memory" is odd2. Boxes inside have odd proportions/sayings. For example, the "my first spoon" box is small and wouldn't fit a spoon. Two boxes are marked "my first booties" with another saying "my special shoes" which could be combined into a shoe/bootie box and the other used for something else.The cardboard is very thick and the box itself is cute making this an all in one decent gift. As an exhausted new mom I wouldn't have thought twice about a lot of what I listed above though and would have just been happy to get it.

This Baby Keepsake Box is a smart idea. It is made out of sturdy cardboard like material. If taken care of it should last a lifetime. The labeled compartment boxes cover everything that a baby will use. Other things like a picture of baby with mom, a journal note about their first word or height and weight or a simple 'I love you' note can go in the special keepsake compartment. When your child grows old, give them the filled keepsake box back to them as a priceless gift.

Such a cute keepsake. I figured my son and his fiancee aren't ones who would keep up on a regular baby book. So when I saw this I was thrilled because my daughter in law is like me and she saves sentimental things so I figured this is perfect! The design is also really cute.
