The fabric is very lightweight and breathable, which makes it perfect for hot weather. While the shorts are comfortable to wear and offer a lot of freedom of movement, I did find that the fabric isn’t very durable. It’s not the most robust material, and I can imagine it might wear out quickly if subjected to heavy use. However, for light summer activities, like trips to the beach or river, these shorts work wonderfully. The simple design is another highlight, with the unisex style making them suitable for both boys and girls.One point of advice for anyone considering these shorts: they are ideal for outdoor play, especially for active toddlers who are always on the move. The elastic waistband is easy to pull on and off, but be cautious, as the lack of adjustable waist means your child might outgrow them sooner than expected. If you’re looking for something that will last longer, I would recommend buying a size up to ensure they fit longer as your child grows.On the downside, the biggest drawback is the thinness of the fabric. Our little guy has grown so big, so quick. One morning he woke up and none of his clothes fit him! So I was thrilled to find this cute set of shorts because not only do they fit perfect but they also are super easy to coordinate and match with onesies and shirts. They are good quality, comfy, good style and size. And for five pairs they are also a good deal.
