These shorts have classic styling and a great fit, which is helped by the elastic in the back because it lets these shorts fit a variety of waist sizes. I chose them in my usual size and they have a flattering fit that is neither too tight nor too oversized. I like how they are fitted at the waist but go wider at the hips and thighs; it's a nicer look (on me, at least) than shorts that hug my hips and thighs. I have an apple shape, so the way these slightly flare out at the hips and thighs makes me look like I have at least a little bit of an hourglass figure. I also like the length; these are not so short that they look too skimpy, but are not so long that they look dowdy. These shorts have classic styling with pleats, cuffs and belt loops; pair them with a T-shirt and hiking sneakers for a walk in the woods, or pair them with a dressy blouse, a gold belt and pretty sandals for a night out. I chose them in the khaki color and it the seller's photos show the color accurately. Also, like any item of clothing that is shipped to you, these arrive folded with creases and wrinkles. Spend 5 minutes to iron these shorts and their looks will improve by 100%.The fabric looks and feels cottony but it is a rayon/polyester blend with a hint of spandex for stretch. It is a twill weave with a decent thickness and body. These shorts are definitely not thin or see-through. The cuffs are subtly but securely tacked in place at the sides and in the middle of the legs. These machine wash fine, but to prevent shrinking, I recommend washing them in cold water and hanging them to dry. And of course Overall, these are have classic styling, are a nice twill fabric, have a forgiving and flattering fit, and they can easily be dressed up or down. I'll wear these all spring and summer long.

The tailoring is beautiful on these shorts. The black color is classically good looking. I wanted to like these shorts so much. However the fit did not work for me. Too tight in the waist and huge in the thighs. I usually wear an XL and these were an XL. I’m an Apple figure with slim legs and a waist less than Ten inches from hip measurement. An hour glass shape person might adore these shorts. They look great but not for me.

These women's high waisted relaxed fit rolled hem denim shorts are excellent quality, well made, with a simple, yet classy look. The material/fabric used is heavy weight, thick, kind of rough on the skin right out of the package (hoping it gets softer after washing it), without any loose stiching or threads. The back has an elastic band, making it more comfortable to move around in and more wiggle room as far as sizing goes. You can dress these shorts up or down depending on what you pair them with. Overall, I'm happy with this product and feel like it's worth the money based on the quality.

I ordered these in the khaki color, size extra large. I have a 34 inch waist and 45 inch hips and XL fits well; I can actually pull them up over my hips without unbuttoning them due to the elastic waistband. The fabric feels more like a thick canvas than denim, but I actually prefer that.The inseam in my size is 3 inches, but the sjorts actually feel and look longer due to the style - frankly, I would be unlikely to wear shorts with a 3 inch inseam otherwise. If I were to have guessed what the inseam was before measuring based on how they felt, I would have guessed 5 inches.All in all quite happy with his purchase and look forward to wearing these shorts a bunch this spring and summer.

The color is as pictured and the material is decent. I’m not sure I love the pleats because they seem to make the shorts gap strangely when sitting down. I do love the elastic styling in the back as these days I need the flexibility. If you don’t mind the front gapping funnily when sitting, these are fine.

These shorts are all-around nice! They are well-made with pockets and back elastic. The coloring is very pleasing and along with the fabric and cuffs, have a very polished look about them. At first I was sad that I didn't order a size down to a large (which is my normal size) but after washing and drying, they were a perfect fit. I am 5'10" and 165 pounds and went with the XL. By the way, they washed and dried quite nicely. The snaps and zipper work well and they have loops, if you desire to wear a belt. Very comfortable on and fully cover my rear, without being dowdy. Very easy to recommend.

I love these. I haven’t washed them yet so hoping the material gets a little softer after washing.I debated between a medium and a large. I am 5’2”, waist is 31.5 and thighs are 41. 158 pounds.They have elastic which is why I debated about a medium. I can wear both medium and large when it comes to shorts. The legs are wider and I love it. I have more muscular legs. The length is excellent for my height. They are comfortable. I plan to get more colors. Because of the elastic, it does give you that little bit of non definition in the middle of your butt. Not sure that makes sense. Tried to take the last picture to show. It’s like a saggy diaper - but not to that extreme (again, hopefully this makes sense). Once I wash them they may soften and shrink a little, which is what I am hoping for.

I love these shorts. They’re very cute and so soft and comfortable to wear (fabric is 65% Rayon, 33% Polyester, 2% Spandex). They’re also a really good price. I got my usual size and they fit great! These are super cute and I highly recommend!
