This is a great, top quality set of stainless steel flatware for camping. The sizes are perfect for car camping, not so much for backpacking. I would need a lot of convincing to put this set into my pack, but for car camping this set is great. The plates and bowls make for perfect portions sizing and the silverware is full sized which is a plus. The carry case is well made. Looking forward to spending years with this set

I am a fan of having a matched set that is compact and comes in a carrying case. The case measures 9” across and 3.5” long; for 4 plates, 4 big bowls, 4 medium bowls, 4 small bowls and 4 sets of silverware, that is pretty fantastic. This is a medium-to-light stainless steel set. It is just the right amount of dishes; the smallest bowls were good for oatmeal, rice, berries etc. The next size up worked well for soup or salad and the biggest ones fit a an entree (pasta). The bowls were also great for corralling chopped items when cooking. The plates are also really nice, but do note they are not the size of big, at-home dinner plates. Perfect for a couple of eggs and a slice of toast though! The silverware is solid, not at all cheap feeling, and comes with a small carabiner to keep it together. These types of small carabiners have a tendency to break over time and one of mine is already a little less springy, so do not be surprised if after a few seasons you need new ones. Do note that there is only one sized spoon; it is a little shallow. Everything washed up well and fit right back in the case.With this combo of bowls and plates at your disposal, you can serve pretty much any meal.

This kit includes 4 flat plates, 4 deep plates or shallow bowls, 4 medium diameter bowls, 4 small bowls, 4 each serrated knife, fork and spoon, 4 carabiners to hold the cutlery together in a canvas zippered bag with a handle and mesh on the front to prevent mold in case you have to pack up your camp before everything is totally dry. All appear to be stainless steel except the carabiners which are probably aluminum. Anything in this kit could be used as a cooking pot/pan in a pinch. I have seen similar products for higher prices that don't have the small footprint when packed up. Each item came individually wrapped in a plastic sleeve and I was concerned that they wouldn't all fit back nicely into the carry bag, especially since I linked all the cutlery sets with their own carabiners, but it was very easy to repack the bag and zip it closed. Wonderful set - I highly recommend.

This is a very nice set of stainless dinnerware. The pieces are all nice and heavy - the bowls and plates are heavy and made with what I'd guess as about 20ga steel (just under 1mm thick). They are thick enough that you'd have to try to bend them. The utensils are nice as well, lighter weight than usual home utensils but still adequate, and they don't have any sharp edges.The bag has a carrying handle and is big enough for everything to fit in it easily, so you can keep everything together.
