Stretchy waist but runs very small. I have a large in a different style skirt from the same manufacturer and it fits perfectly. The large in this style barely fit. I returned and repurchased in a XXL.Also I thought the plaid part of the skirt would be a nice tweedy type fabric like my other skirt, this one is a cheaper silky polyester with a plaid print on one side, and it is white on the other side.

Just recently I ordered yet another mini skirt with take down garter.I couldn't resist so I ordered it in A-Wine Red. I plan on ordering one more. This time it willbe the lite gray mini skirt with take down garter. Gray goes with everything.Eventually i'll end up having four out of the five mini skirts. Not bad.The real question is: why am I making such a big deal over these mini skirts?The answer to that is quite simple really. What makes these particular mini skirts different fromyour other mini skirt designs is that these are more sexy. They're more sexy because for onething they have an underlying skirt with a satin band that both matches the mini skirt but alsocomplments it and lets not forget the main feature of the skirt. The take-down garter. It'sabsolutely brilliant!! and because it is a take down garter, these can be removed especially ifone wishes to not wear them attached to a pair of thigh high stockings making the mini skirts veryversatile.Truthfully, you guys at Avidlove deserve a 10 out of 10 for your sexy schooolgirl mini skirts with take down garter. Unfortunately Amazon won't allow me to go that high.five out of five.Cheers!
