I have used these style folders for years and bought these for a friend. Easy way to keep project notes together. Use a label maker and you have instant files.

I LOVE Avery Corner Lock Document Sleeves and use them regularly for various projects requiring me to collect and frequently access documentation. For instance, we just went on vacation, where I carried our hotel info, flight info, research on the attractions we wanted to visit and a city map. It fit in my tote and the corner tuck-in feature makes accessing my papers quickly a breeze. Now that we're home, I have a document sleeve dedicated to collecting information for this year's tax preparation. Once my project is over, I remove any collected paperwork I want to keep and store it in a filing cabinet (so I don't use them for permanent storage -- but I probably could). Avery Corner Lock Document Sleeves are the answer to keeping all the projects I am juggling at any given point organized without being fussy or cumbersome.

Good quality, great alternative to opaque file folders for frequently used papers. My training program had 23 modules, used one folder for each module, and no paper crazies!

It was difficult to find a page protector without 3 holed for a binder, etc. No holes, just to hang some back in 5 minute signs.....these definitely worked.

These are excellent for presenting US letter size photographs. I'll pick some up in the states next time that I am there.

This is a really great product - one of my favorite office products. These folders have a heavy stiff plastic back with a clear front to see what is inside. They are great for organizing and protecting papers. I sort different papers, topics or projects into separate document sleeve folders. They are great to hold even 1 or 2 papers (whereas some other brands of document sleeves are too flimsy for only 1 or 2 papers) up to about 15 or 20. I have not used them to hold more papers than that, so not sure of capacity (folder might start bulging out and corner lock might not work as well). Avery appears to make a higher capacity version to hold up to 50 pages, but I have not tried this and does not appear to be sold by Amazon right now (Avery Corner Lock High Capacity Document Sleeve 72268).Just stow and go in a totebag or laptop bag (work great with either horizontal (landscape) or vertical (portrait) orientation of the folders in the bag, papers standing on edge) - the folders do not get banged up or worn on the edges like manilla folders. I had a couple of incidents with (minor) leaking water bottles or with light rain on an open bag and papers stayed dry in these plastic folders (vs. previous problems with papers in manilla folders that got warped paper and ink ran). The colors for the folder backing (purple, blue, green) are nice and subtle and professional for work use. Love the corner lock to keep documents (including smaller items like receipts and Post-It notes placed in the front of the folder) secure - the front clear corner slips easily into the corner locking pocket. The folders do not slip and slide (some other sleeves I have used were very slippery) when stacked on top of each other due to the pebbled plastic backs. The covers do show very minor scuffs and surface scratches after frequent everyday use/transport (pulling in and out of tote bags) when looked at in angled light, but the fronts are sort of milky/frosted so it is not very evident. They are fairly inexpensive to buy more. Great for home or work use!

These are quite thin. Though not extremely thin that they flop around. When used to hold my project documents, it holds my packets together well and I love that I can use dry erase or vis a vis markers to put quick notes on the fronts of them. This is easier to use instead of regular manila folders.I have to see multiple projects at once and this helps keep me moving and shaking. The bottom and left side is sealed. The top and right side is open so I can easily pull my papers out without fussing.
