Your cart is empty.The Avalon Countertop Hot/Cold Water Cooler is made with innovation and style. The easy-to-use paddle spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press your cup against the paddle to let the flow of water to come out. The machines highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we’ve added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. There is a built-in nightlight making the water spouts clearly visible in the dark. This water cooler is bottle-less with an NSF certified activated carbon filter (listed as model Avalon A4FILTER) and a sediment filter (listed as model Avalon A5FILTER) with a water line that can be attached to your water source. The water is taken from your water source and filtered through the filters and then through the machines hot and cold water tanks. The filter will purify the tap water eliminating any chlorine, and lead. There is also a built-in leak detector to automatically monitor the water flow from the water source into the machine. We have incorporated a self-clean function which will automatically clean the machine’s water tank with the press of a switch. The dispensing area is 10x2.5x9.5 inches with 7.5 inches of space below the spouts. The water cooler is UL listed. Setup is easy and the unit can be connected directly to your existing sink water line. All parts necessary for installation are included. The unit dimensions are 12x12x19 inches.

This machine will fail in about 2 years - And they wont have any warranty for you. Just a discount code to buy a new one. How about you make a product that lasts longer than two years. Never had an issue with any other manufacturer. Do not buy this product.

Works perfectly, water tastes great. It comes with a set of filters, but replacements aren't cheap. Still better value and taste than bottled water. Wish it was a bit smaller in depth, but love it.

The hot water spout start dripping after 6 months. When I call the support - they try to find all kind of excuses about us not cleaning the system often and not using the filter, when it says it has a self-cleaning system - misleading advertisement. How could that cause leaking to spout if the water is not clean, it doesn't make sense at all. The spout should be clogged instead of leaking if the water is not clean enough. They are not even willing to send a replacement spout without charge, just because we did not use their filter. I regret purchasing this brand and will never purchase this brand again!

Easy to install, keeps water cool (don't use hot water option, but tested it, and it works). No problems after 1 month of heavy use. Have it connected to a 5 gallon water bottle with pump, works exactly as expected. Perfect fit for our kitchen. Solid high quality design.

****UPDATE****Avalon contacted me and was very surprised by what had happened with the cooler. Karissa was super helpful, Avalon sent me a replacement cooler, they also helped me with some additional filters. They really took the time to follow up and provide excellent service. No product is perfect all the time, what matters is how a company will stand behind its products and help a customer in the event there is an issue. Avalon really came through! Great job Karissa, Tyler and the whole Avalon Team!***UPDATE***Following the manufacturers recommendation I contacted Amazon for a replacement unit. The replacement unit arrived, I opened the box and it was the wrong unit. Amazon sent a model that requires a bottle. I have scheduled a return for the incorrect unit. The manufacturer did contact me again after my review was posted and request that I contact them. I will do that.The unit looked good and was easy to install. Seems to have all the features necessary, hot, cold, filters, even self cleaning. I installed this on a Friday, everything seemed fine, came in on Monday morning and the unit had leaked most of the weekend. I say most because our maintenance man came in and shut the small valve off Sunday to stop the leak. I move the unit to a sink and hooked it back up to check and see if it was one of the quick connectors. It was not. After a few minutes I attempted to use the Hot water side and water began to leak from the bottom of the unit. I did peek under the top cover to see if I could notice anything leaking. The inside of the unit was covered in water. See photos. Per the instructions included with the the unit I contacted the manufacturer. I asked if I could exchange the unit. I was advised that since I had purchased it through Amazon I would have to return it through Amazon. So I am returning the unit.

The product was relatively easy to install and worked great for the first few months but then would not work at all for a few days and then start working again. This cycle went on for a few weeks until it finally stopped working completely. We followed the instructions in the manual and the unit sounds like it's trying to work something (it hums) but the water temperature is the same for both hot and cold (room temp water). I am so disappointed! I hope someone else learns from my review and purchases a different brand. If this had a 1 year warranty, all would be OK but they have a short warranty for a reason I guess. Wish we hadn't wasted the money on this one...

Works great now that it’s setup. Only been a few weeks but much better option than water jug delivery or plastic bottles. Hot water is very hot and filters are great. Considering for my home. Make sure you’re ready for the setup, but it’s well worth the effort.

We should have bought this ten years ago! Living in a high rise drinking out of our faucet was not an option. We used bottled water and a manual Brita filter for years. Trust me!! Filtering your water using the brita is a mistake, it’s so time consuming! If I would have known of this sooner we would have never done what we had done. You don’t need to fill this up with water it comes directly from your water source, filters, and produces ice cold water or hot water perfect for tea or coffee!

Our first Avalon Countertop Hot & Cold Water Dispenser was problematic, and the reason for taking away one star. We had hot & cold water for a short time, but the cold was spotty from the start and stopped working completely within a couple of weeks. We were trying to be patient with all of the troubleshooting the Avalon support team tried to offer from afar, but we are a busy university office (and were also in one of our busiest times of the year), so it got old pretty quickly. Granted, we didn't want to pack it up and send it back any more than they wanted us to, but it's quite time-consuming to troubleshoot when time is in short supply. It wasn't their fault that our lack of time extended the problem over several weeks, but we got to the point that we were sorry we'd gone with an online purchase rather than something local, and we weren't sure we wanted to even replace it with another unit. However, we did and--fingers crossed--the second unit is working wonderfully so far! Very hot and very cold water that tastes great in a good-looking unit that doesn't take up much space! We couldn't be happier with the second unit!All the negative aside, Avalon Support was 5-star!! They couldn't have been more helpful and quick to reply! They tried very hard to find the problem, kept touching base, and were very patient with us even when we didn't have time to try a suggested fix for several days. So all in all, our experience was positive with a hiccup, and we hope the new unit continues to be a perfect ending to our saga!
