This vario is good overal but when im put on scooter im dropping my speed at 65kmh after investigating im seeing the plate is not same of oem im putting back oem with the roller of this vario my top speed back at 80kmh

the drive boss is 18 mm outside diameter. i needed a 21 od drive boss. the star is ok on the outside but the center is way to small same with the ramp. no splines were cut in the center of any of my parts so i been filing them into some parts slowly. all in all, no a great purchase for me but the bike is kinda an odd duck.

This variatior was a good purchase for my 2001 Yamaha Vino 2-stroke (YJ50RN). My previous one has oxidized and developed some roughness in the surface which made the belt wear quickly - this was the solution. Highly recommended.

I upgraded my scooter with a Big bore kit and new carburetor and I wanted to replace my variator but I didn't do research and bought the wrong one but it did look like it was very well made in the weights where exactly what I was looking for in weight definitely look like it's would work very well just make sure to do your research of what picture scooter

Absolute trash. Don’t waste your money on this. Horrible fitment..... would not recommend. I’d of returned if I had tried installing sooner.
