La bouteille se vide toute seule. Il faudrait la remplir plusieurs fois par jour pour éviter que notre animal ne manque d'eau. Impossible de se faire rembourser.

I should have sent it back because I have a teddy bear hamster and he's big and he did not like it at all. If you have a big hamster I wouldn't buy this. Too small

I keep this on the floor of my rats room so they can drink without having to run back in the cage for water. The stand is why I got it. I have bigger ones in their cage this is just a good portable addition.

We bought this for our new hamster, but the water spout area is too low to the ground for him. He is about 6 inches long. The mechanism itself is really nice to have the food and water in one area. The color was nice and bold. This would be great for a very tiny hamster, or a mouse. We did return it, but would purchase one just like it if the water spout was higher. We set it in the bottom of a glass aquarium , so it stayed in place fine.

Nice size for the bottle but food dish too small, which is not a big deal but here’s what’s worse: The water bottle leaks!!!!! It gets the bedding all wet and it empties completely in one day. Useless!!!!

I thought this would be great for my mini hamsters but it leans at a strange angle and it's actually very low. It would be great for babies but mine are large enough and active enough that they shove shavings close enough to the tube and drains it.
