After looking over multiple shufflers, I decided on this one which turned out to be the right choice.With any shuffler like this, you want to make sure the cards are all lined up with each other, and split the deck putting as close to 1/2 the deck on either side making sure all the cards are pushed up snug against the middle on the device, then push the shuffle button all the way down and hold until the last card goes in the shuffled pile for removal.It does jam occasionally, but I found this only really happens when starting and stopping the shuffle part way or not pressing the shuffle button all the way down for the whole process.After using it for over 100 shuffles, there was only one legitimate jam which was easily corrected by pushing the cards that didn't fully come through back in and then pulling them out to the middle. Do not try to yank the jammed cards as this will result in damage/alignment issues with the machine and/or damage the cards as it has a good grip on them.100% recommend this shuffler as the price is good and the others on amazon that look like it are the chinese knock-off models.
