Works pretty good. I got this because my sister broke her arm and couldn't shuffle the cards. Like other reviewers said it is quite loud. I wish I could have found one that was rechargeable but this one works good

It uses AA versus C-cells that nothing uses anymore. Quite fast shuffling canasta (two-decks).
