This is a nice looking and fitting replacement. Yet it has issues. The holes the push rivets are way to big. They made them the same size as the holes in the upper shroud. Which as originally larger hole in upper compared the bottom shroud holes. The larger upper hole would serve as a counter bore recess. With smaller lower shroud holes, for push rivet to lock on. The original rivets havel a shoulder that dropped into the counter bore . The the spreading of the lower portion on the rivet would lock the lower shroud in place. Now the original rivet does not lock, because the holes are far to large. I had to put a 7/16 washer under the lower shroud to give it something to lock onto. I have several styles of rivet sets . None of which had a rivet large enough to lock that larger hole in lower shroud. One other minor complaint. The location pins built into the lower shroud are way to small. About 1/3 of the diameter of the original location pin. It is about worthless as to serve it's purpose it is so small. I almost expected the location pins to break off while installing them together. Both diameter and height are smaller than original lower shroud.
