Excellent clean sound, picks up on the low frequencies with accuracy and resolve. Looks sleek enough on the Audio-Technica mic stand. Capacitive touch button is a cool feature that has come in handy a few times. Short of going full XLR, this gives a significant boost in quality as a daily driver for use with OBS, zoom and teams. Often told it sounds podcast quality.

Was looking for a mic for my wife's live stream and ran into this. I've used Audio Technica mics before both in the studio and int he field so I figured let's give it a shot. We have been using this mic since last May and love the sound and ease of use. Warm and clean sound.

それでも音質を改善したいときのマイク。マイクアームと一緒に購入できると嬉しいです。特徴的にも一本くらいは持っていてもいいので、とりあえず送り付けてもたぶん喜ばれます。詳しいことはだいたいメーカーのページに書いてあるので、読みにいった方が絶対に良いです。【USBマイク】USBマイクとしては最強の部類です。音質が良く、操作がシンプルで、PC側で若干の補正をすれば様々な用途に利用できます。特にループバックの品質が高く、ゲーム音とのミックスも素直で聞き分けやすいです。出力形式のHzを高く設定できるので、ノイキャンなどのデジタル補正の精度も高いようです。ただし、拡張性に関してはXLR接続のマイクのほうが圧倒的に優れています。本機には当然、エコーや変声、ゲインの調節、チャットの音量調節などの機能はありません。DC5Vの電力供給が必須なので、ケーブルでスマホやマイクジャックに直接繋いでも反応しません。今後、さらに音質を改善したいとか、エコーつけれるようにしたいとかが少しでもあるのなら、XLR接続の製品を選ぶべきです。【ダイナミックマイク】ノイズが入りやすい環境では、コンデンサーマイクよりも指向性が高く、デジタル補正をほとんどかけずに済むので、結果的に音質が改善されるように感じました。サイレンや時報、ファンの音や周囲の声もほとんど拾いません。ただし構造上、正面の音を拾いやすく、口とマイクとに角度をつけると音がこもりやすいです。また、真後ろからはキーボードのような高周波音ほど入りやすいので設置位置には注意が必要です。一方で、コンデンサマイクほど振動は拾わないので、マイクアームで使用する場合は内蔵ショックマウントだけでも十分そうでした。声色などはオーディオミキサーで補正をかけることはできますが、そもそもUSBマイクには対応していないことが多いです。収録音質を高めようとするほど口元がカメラから隠れやすくなるため、VTuberや顔出し配信を考えている場合は、コンデンサマイクの方が良いかもしれません。【結論】買って満足。ちょっと高いけど。

初めてのマイクなので間違っている事もあるかと思いますが個人的に最初に触った印象は思ったよりもデカいし重いなと言う事でした調べて見た所600gマイクの中では割と重い部類らしいです、コレが癖が強い部分の一つで使用には丈夫なモニタアームが不可欠です二つ目は指向性です、ダイナミックマイクの特徴ではあると思いますが、音を拾う範囲が狭く、ゲインが少し小さいです、その割に外のカエルの声などはよく拾います逆に癖のない点ですが、音質はノイズが少なく、はっきりとしていますが特に味付けのない素直な音です

I don't use any of the fancy controls, but for a standard mic its wonderful.Works great with my low pitch voice capturing the most important frequencies of me without being bassy like other mics I've used.However its very heavy and my mic stand can barely hold it up.Overall I'm happy with it.

Has all the features anyone could need. Not a big deal, but note that you'll need a powered USB port, so expansion hubs may not work with this.

Great sound quality and easy plug and play use. Solid usb c connection. Also looks great on camera. Excellent metal construction. Internal pop filter is good. You can add a wind screen but not really needed unless you’re eating the mic.

I have to call them out as I see them. For a dynamic USB mic, the Audio-Technica AT2040USB Dynamic USB Microphone just kicks "hinds" big time! Sure, it is a bit bulky for traveling, but is it really when you consider all the gear you can easily leave behind because this is a .... wait for it .... wait for it .... is a USB mic! I am NOT going to bore you with technicalities. I am sure plenty of other reviewers will take care of this in spades. But what I can tell you is that the sound you get out of this, YES USB MIC, is quite rich hence pleasant without it sounding compressed or unnatural straight from your computer. :-)
