The stand in this bundle is very weak. It will hold the mic but the height will decend over time. The cable is also built into the stand which was neat at first. However, when the stand itself doesn't work it is a waste of a cable. The mic itself is fine. It is clear and as a dynamic mic does a very good job in keeping background noise out but it needs a very strong preamp to get any clear vocals out of it. If it wasn't for the crappy stand and the cable being built into it, this could have been 4 stars for a decent starting mic. But if you are thinking about getting the bundle, don't. Buy the mic alone and then buy the mic stand and cable separately.
