these worked great! just wish i knew more about installing these and had the right parts. Took me 2 days to install. First time Ive ever installed shocks on an ATV. The 2005 front shock housing gave me problems. These worked great. barely moves when i load 200# on the front.

They appear to be the only shocks that fit a 2004 polaris sportsman 500ho. Left shock went in great. The right shock wouldn't fit in the lower shock mount. Had to beat it in. But after making them work, they were stiff. Maybe they will loosen up after they break in?

this item is not any better than the stock 03 shocks from 16 years ago.... They are no were never 10 percent stiff or stiffer at all for that matter. would not recommend way over priced...
