This anchor is solid, holds well and doesn’t leave rust all over your boat due to its molded covering. I have a 21’ wakeboard boat and have two of these, one for front and one for the back. One is sufficient, but I prefer to have two in order to avoid swinging. This is the best price for the quality and weight.

Have a 15’ Jon boat. My mushroom anchor wouldn’t hold in certain conditions. This thing is a beast.

Arrived mostly busted out of the shipping box! Tape from post office said received damaged open box. I know it’s a heavy anchor, but the PVC coating was scraped off in several spots on the anchor from being tossed on concrete I’m sure during shipping. I bought the coated anchor so it would be nice to put in a nice well kept boat as a gift. Only here you go with a scuffed up brand new anchor. I know what some might be thinking, anchor will get scuffed up in a lake. Not where it would be used by my lake location that is all sand bottom. So felt like it was not worth the 25Lb shipping to return and try it again. You can’t put a anchor in a big box unsecured in and NOT expect it to bust out durning the handling of it durning shipping. If it was well contained in the box, would have had a good change of not being damaged. The perfect coated anchor I was looking for! 5 star anchor, no star shipping.

Does the job well. After about 1 month it started to show signs of rust, other than that, a good anchor.
