This universal pleated seal fits Pentair Kreepy Krauly model K70400, K70405 and the newest model 360040 and 360042. BUYER BE AWARE: This generic pleated seal is well designed and manufactured by an experienced pool equipment manufacturer. Unlike other aftermarket pleated seal which is usually thinner than original Kreepy Krauly seal, our plated seal is a little thicker than original seal. A thicker seal lasts longer. It functions as good as OEM Kreepy krauly pleated seal. The only difference is the price.

Works well. Came folded in a package. Mostly flattened out, but not 100%. Good value for the money and does the job.

This is a great replacement product for the Kreepy Krualy. Very reasonably priced, and it sure beats paying the higher replacement cost for a Kreepy Krualy. Like $80 - $100 cheaper. Does the job of cleaning the pool without any problems. So glad I was able to save money. Would buy again.

I was skeptical reading some of the negative reviews, but this works way better than the original. I bought the original about 2 years ago, and since I live in the desert, the sun took a toll on the original seal. It was no longer climbing walls and it was just floating around sometimes when it was trying to vacuum the bottom. This seal makes a much better contact with the surface and it climbs walls with ease. It comes folded, but as others mentioned just leave it in the sun for an hour and it will be completely flat. Will buy again for sure!

I had to heat it with my blow dryer and weigh it down to get it to lay flat. Once you get it to lay flat, it works perfectly. I would recommend it.

Works great. It is made of a thicker material than the factory replacement but it actually made mine work correctly. When my old one wore out the unit would not stay on pool floor, it would tilt and not work no matter what I did with the weights, driving me crazy. When I installed this one it evened the weight out on now it stays flat on the pool floor and works great. I read some reviews that some complaining about it being shipped in a small box and it having creases which is true but I read a review where someone put it out in the sun for a couple of hours and the creases went away which is true. After I let it sit in the sun for 4 hours, I then worked the creases out, installed it and it is working great so far and took care of my problem with it tilting and not working, probably because the weight was back at the bottom for it to work properly. Made of nice heavy durable material. I am pleased so far. I show a picture of the new one installed and the old worn out one on the pool deck and you can see it is sitting flat on the floor of the pool properly. Saved me a ton of money.

I have purchased several of these 10 plus over 20 years so I'm VERY familiar with them and I have NEVER had one shipped to me folded up in half and folded in half again in a box anyone purchasing one of these knows that the pad needs to be flat in order to work. I contacted the seller who said "we have been shipping the product folded in an inner box for years. The seal is flexible and has no memory. You can put the seal on the concrete slab surface like concrete pool deck or driveway under the hot sun ( such as around noon time) for 2 hours. It will turn flat." HA NOT I placed it out on the deck in direct sunlight for 3 straight days with temperatures in the 80's each of those days and as you can see from the pictures it is anything but flat so NO it didn't "turn flat" and I would say it has plenty of "memory" since it has creases and bends making it worthless. Every single one I have ordered in the past has been shipped flat, it should be noted that (Pool Supply Town) was the seller om my item purchase from someone else. I don't care they say they have shipped it this way for years and had no issues the pictures clearly show it is an issue.

I needed to buy another Pleated Seal for our pool cleaner and I did not want to pay $161.00 from the pool cleaner company. So I searched and found this one for $34.81. I ordered it, came before it was expected, I installed it in less than 10 minutes, (I'm 80 years old with weak fingers) perfect fit, and works "like a charm". In fact, it moves twice as fast as the one I removed and cleans the bottom and sides of the pool extremely well. Granted the old seal was about 10 years old (the unit is 20 years old). I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a Pleated Seal and the price is a "real deal".

We bought a house with a pool about 11 months ago. The pool came with a Kreepy Krauly by Pentair, which looks be be pretty old, so don't know the exact model. I replaced the little loop with the rollers last year as it was worn into two pieces, but held off on replacing the rubber skirt as the OEM part was $80 and I wasn't sure I wanted to dump more cost into the old Kreepy. Some of the aftermarket skirts/seals had negative reviews, but I decided this week to take a chance on this one by ATIE. Of course, with Prime it got here in two days. It took no more than 10 minutes to pull the old worn out skirt off, and put this new one on. I also replaced the center disk, which was worn nearly flat. The previous owner had left a new one in a box of pool parts. What a difference new parts make on the Kreepy performance. Where it used to get stuck frequently on the steps or the center drains, it just glides by. It moves faster and I can balance suction more to tge skimmer to get rid of floating debris before it sinks. OK, so I only have one day experience with this item, but very happy so far. We leave our pool open year round as it is beautiful to look at and cheaper than buying a custom safety cover for this amoeba shaped 25k gal pool. This item will see nearly continuous use, so will update after a few months.
