i have order two atd 6565 and have been shorted parts to assemble how do you get the parts that are needed to assemble so can be used without sending back again. parts needed PRT6565-SK SPRINGS AND PRT6565-SK COLLAR 4 springs 4 collars

My particular package appeared to have arrived with missing pieces, and some other unique characteristics. Packaging looked like they assembled loose pieces together to make a complete set. For example, the side frames, looked like they had two of the same side in my package. I had to drill press holes through one of the side frames so I could actually have a proper left and right side frame, in order to install the tubular cross brace tube. Two of the holes were undersized for the bolts they wanted to use for assembly. I was also missing a key bolt and nut to hold the two skid plate type feet on one side, for wall mounting. And finally, two of the black soft rubber plastic caps were missing for the side frame feet, only had two of four. I actually did not need those since I used the skid plates. All I can say, it now works. I always like it when I have to re-engineer something in order to get it assembled or get it to work. I am sure my situation may have just been a one off type thing, that one in a thousand occurrence. Still, irritating and no excuse.
