The instructions say use unthreaded cylinders only, yet the inflator head requires a threaded cylinder in order to puncture the C02 cylinder. The supplied cylinders are all unthreaded therefore useless. Further down in the instructions it says do not unscrew the cylinder from the inflator head. It appears the company ships different configurations ( mix and match) with no quality control. Amazon should stop selling these until the supplier corrects their quality control. To make things worse the item is not returnable.

The quality of materials seems to be excellent. I unscrewed the cartridge cover and screwed on the CO2 cartridge. After finally getting it to quit hissing I tried to put the cover back on the device. It will not screw back on despite there being plenty of space around the CO2 cartridge. The on/off valve could shut off better. It is otherwise useable and looks good. I will use it tomorrow and see how it works on a flat tire. Hopefully, it will do as it is supposed to do and not disappoint me. I don't need another problem device for my tricycle. The CO2 cartridge screws itself into the valve and works great. I found this by luck and it works wonders. I changed my valuation to 1 stars. The cylinders that came with mine were threaded and they worked great. 16g cylinders.Addendum...I lowered my rating accordingly, because of the problems that came about and made the product unusable. The cover stopped screwing on and would lose about half the cylinder before I could get it closed. Ended up having to use adjustable pliers to get it closed. This was using the same exact cylinders as provided originally. I cannot at this time recommend this product and changed my mind to not worth buying.

What kind of company is this, to sell a product that states not to use threaded cylinders and yet when you put the unthreaded cylinders that came with it they do not get punctured when you screw the cylinder housing in. So the product is useless because I can't use it to inflate my tire which is why I bought it!! There are many reviews stating the same thing is me, so why isn't this company doing something about it are you listening company! Making people spend money for something that doesn't work seems to me is fraud! It's not too much to ask for it to actually work!

Comes with threaded cartridges! Works great but when you buy more cO2 you need threaded.

Material used is soft. Was going to use on my cr250 but it would get beat up from riding... Otherwise it's a good product for around the shop or for someone biking

The description and title of the product is specific that it is for unthreaded cartridges. The cardboard product information that shipped attached to the product also says *only* to use unthreaded cartridges. What came was four threaded cartridges and a product that will not accept my current unthreaded cartridges. Hopefully it will work with the threaded cartridges that came, but it will not fit SKS unthreaded cartridges (like depicted in the product photos).
