Took over 20 hours to assemble

The only trouble we had assembling this cabinet was with the power lifter. A quick phone call to customer service resolved the issue. It is very sturdy and less expensive than other brands so I’m pleased. Have had it assembled for several days and so far meets all my expectations! And customer service answered after two rings and a human answered the phone!

Had no problem with the seller. Fed Ex had their own issues with shipping, but that was beyond the seller's control. I did have issues with the product, though. Before I start, I will say that this sewing cabinet is heavy duty. I think it's going to be very sturdy and will function well. Plus, the video was extremely helpful. However, putting this thing together is a BEAST. I was going to give it four stars (minus one star for the 14 hours it took to put together over two days), but some other things have come to light during its construction that lost another star. The directions have REALLY small print...like, really small. Second, there were two fewer S1 screws received than we needed, forcing us to go into the "spare" parts bag. There were two metal blobs that were in the S1 bag, so maybe someone counted those as screws. Two More than we needed in the S2 bag. Speaking of screws, the screws that were designated for the magnet DO NOT fit and we had to use the alternate screws that had the additional two screws. Also, when we went to put in the dowels for the K parts that hold thread, 6 (six) of the dowel holes were 1/32" (they used metric, but it still didn't fit; possible 6mm) too small. Makes a difference when you are trying to install them. My husband had to drill them out and make them larger so the dowels would fit. What was weird is that they were all in the same place on the shelves, like the drill press had made those particular six holes (two per shelf) smaller.Additionally, the only holes that are pre-drilled are the ones for the handles. When it state that the holes are pre-drilled, there are little divots made where you make your own. A bit misleading. One more thing that would have helped is if the 6 x 35 cam bolt had been blown out and cleaned. It's difficult to screw those in when you are working against pieces of metal debris. Totally glad it came with bonding cement. I think it came from China, so I couldn't read those directions. With all of these issues, it still had a "QC Passed" sticker affixed to it. That's a little shocking, with things missing, not properly documented, nor ready for install (the rough cam holes).I paid A LOT of money for this needed piece of furniture and I receive something that should have been discounted. Disappointed in you, Arrow.

Although my table arrived with a broken top, a new one arrived THE NEXT DAY!!! Great folks to work with! This was a fun project to put together. Between the included instructions and the on-line video, everything was very clear. All parts fit perfectly. A bag of spares was included which was nice since I over-torqued a cam and broke it.... but there was a spare. The hardest part of the assembly was the last couple of steps... crawling on the floor (72 years old) to tighten a few screws. Folds and unfolds easily... stores machine nicely. Lift works great and is easily adjustable. This was fun and my wife loves it. Yes, it's expensive but seems to be sturdy and will probably get passed on the the next generation.

This cabinet works just as advertised and closes up very small and quickly when you want to store it. My wife and I put it together in a few hours. It was time consuming, but not too difficult.

After over 4 hours of assembly, I finally have the thing together. I'm used to assembling furniture as I worked at a place in college assembling. The instructions were rubbish. Obviously written by someone doing tech specs rather than someone who actually tried to put it together. Best advice is to read through it entirely and look carefully at the drawings for positioning of the little odd pieces that can only go one way. It will keep you from taking the whole thing apart a few times. The faux wood is thinner than I would have expected for the money. I had a few pieces of assembly hardware that was damaged or missing, but thankfully nothing structural. It folds up very small and opens very big. The hydraulic system for changing the height of the machine appears to be very good quality. Overall I am satisfied, but would have expected it to be half the price for the quality.

The product is defective and not worth the price. Boards don’t fit correctly and the Amazon installer spent five hours putting it together and installed hinges upside down, chipped and cracked the drawers and doors. He did not install all of the parts and left after he stated “I have a long commute ahead of me.” We have called Amazon twice and they were supposed to call us back but we have NOT received a phone call from them.
