I bought this Arozzi chair to replace my prior Arozzi chair, so you know I like the brand. The fabric was what sold this one to me because the prior one was beautiful but made of some sort of pleather that did not hold up well and ultimately flaked off. Assembly with this one was off to a bad start. The direction I came at inserting the top into the base pulled too much on the zippers holding everything together. Unfortunately, the zippers cannot be rezipped, so I have this blown out piece showing the insides of the chair. Fortunately, the screws connect through holes in the fabric, so there won't be any further separation, and the plastic pieces on the sides cover the screws and the defect. I think the chair should have been stitched together in the places where it's zippered, but it ultimately doesn't affect the look or function of the fully assembled chair, so I'm only going to ding it one star. I like it, but be gentle in assembly. It's a tight squeeze.

My wife absolutely LOVES her pink chair. However, it did arrive with one of the plastic guards broken due to rough handling by the shipper. I reached out to Arozzi customer service, and DeVionne got back to me right away and had a replacement part shipped the next morning. This is the fastest and most responsive customer service I have encountered in a long time. Arozzi is doing things the right away. Thanks DeVionne!

I’ve had this office chair for 6 months now and I hate it. It’s uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time, well even for short periods of time. My back and glutes ACHE from sitting in this chair for even a hour. The arm rests are flimsy and click to the side too easily. Reclining options are limited. I regret spending my money on this. I genuinely don’t understand how anyone likes this chair, that’s how awful I think it is.Do yourself a huge favor and spend a little more for a secret lab chair instead.

After the PU covering on my old gaming chair fell apart, I swore off protein leather. I was looking specifically for a fabric covered chair that could recline to a napping position. This one's a little wider than my previous DX Racer chair, so I can sit cross-legged on it. The recline and tilt function works great for napping during boring WFH meetings.

Bought this chair based off many reviews to replace a 14 year old high back office chair. The lumbar support is very hard and too big to be comfortable. The arm rests are very adjustable, but also hard. Even with tension all the way out, the chair doesn't want to rock back without lots of effort. I even swapped the base off my other chair that fit the new one and it failed to rock back also, so it's a design issue with where they attach the base to the bottom of the chair. Looking at how to return this uncomfortable chair.

I spend hours a day in a chair working from home, my rule is if you invest time with anything every day it's good to put money in and treat yourself. It's adjustable (arms, back, up/down), comfy, and feels great. I like fabric and not sticking to leather. You get a high quality chair for a good price.I've bought 3 torettas so far and always go back to this brand. Inside the store I was in they had 30 different gaming chairs set up and I sat in all until I found this just felt the best of all of them, sort of like a blind test.

6か月ほどデスクトップ用チェアとして使用させていただいたのでレビューさせていただきます。座り心地は初めてのゲーミングチェアということもあり非常に良いです。他のゲーミングチェアだと部屋のインテリアに合わず使いづらかったのですがこの商品はそういったこともないです。また腰当てがあることでよい姿勢がゲームができて満足です。ただ一つ気に入らない点があります。側面のパーツが固定できず、写真の上側を見るとわかりやすいのですが、左サイドの部分が宙に浮いてしまっています。右サイドは問題ないのですが...

Très très bon fauteuil !Je l'ai commandé le mercredi 24 Février, prévu en livraison le Lundi 01 Mars, reçu le Jeudi 25 Février, donc déjà niveau livraison impeccable rien à redire !L'emballage a un peu souffert au niveau des cerclages mais c'est normal. Par contre très très bonne impression à l'ouverture; le carton est renforcé sur les arrêtes intérieurs par des morceaux de cartons extrêmement dur limite comme du bois et l'ensemble du fauteuil est très bien protégé. Donc niveau emballage c'est parfait !Passons au fauteuil en lui même, très bonne conseption, manuel d'assemblage très clair, très facile à monter ! En utilisation il apparaît que l'assise et l'ensemble du fauteuil soit ferme mais confortable, les différents réglages permettent à n'importe qui d'avoir une position adéquat. Les deux coussins (tête+lombaires) sont réglables en hauteur ce qui permet de les ajuster selon ses besoins, possibilité également de les retirer, ils sont maintenus avec des sangles à clips.Enfin les accoudoirs 3D un vrai petit plus sur ce genre de fauteuils :)Je recommande ce vendeur et ce fauteuil 🤗
