This is just what I was looking for.. something simple and easy for a sore arm. no surgery or sprain but was just looking for something lightweight to rest my arm and remind myself not to move it so I my muscles can heal. Alas, it is not quite long enough and although the ends adjust easily, there’s just not enough length and there’s no way to adjust it at the neckline as it’s sewed as one long piece. It’s made really well and I was disappointed. I think if you were on the smaller side or height, it would work well. I am 5’5” and wear a size medium to large, but don’t carry my weight in my arms if that helps to decide if this will work for you.

Makes showering safe and comfortable. Goes. On easily and does not absorb water. Just great

This is so much better than a regular arm sling! It is soft and comfortable against the skin. I love that you can reposition the straps in so many ways to get just the right fit and support for your needs. This is such a smart product! Highly recommend this over a traditional sling.

I’m very glad to add this arm sling to my tool box. I have loose joints, and have thrown out one arm or the other (or elbow, or wrist, or ...), several times. I usually just wrapped a thick loop of Velcro around my neck and put my arm in it! But that pulled on my neck too much, and my neck has enough issues. This isn’t my first Comforce aid, but I don’t go looking for them (hmmm maybe I should!). This arm sling appealed to me because of the wide padded strap around the neck. It didn’t disappoint.I have a number of braces, stabilizers, and immobilizers for whatever “goes out” on me. I don’t know that I could wear any of them all day, comfortably, but I think I could with this arm sling. It’s soft, the foam is light and yet thick enough to do the job, and it IS comfortable. I think I could wear this all day. While many things have moved where they shouldn’t since acquiring the Comforce Arm Sling, my arm wasn’t one that didn’t snap right back, so this is theory. If I find I’m wrong, I’ll be back to update this review. However, my neck is out right now and when I just revisited the arm sling, it didn’t bother it!The arm sling is highly adjustable as the scratchy Velcro will stick anywhere else on it. I tend to run on the smaller side, and sometimes run out of Velcro where I need it to attach. Not the case here. This sling is “just right”, and highly recommended for people of all sizes.

I bought this as a secondary sling to the one I received from the hospital after shoulder surgery. I tried many times to use it but despite looking at the picture instructions on the different ways to wear it, I could not find a way that was comfortable. Maybe it's because I have short forearms but this sling did not work for me at all.

This does what it advertises... it provides good arm support, uses a comfortable material, is easy to strap on (even with an injury) and is adjustable to ensure a good fit at the desired position for people of all sizes. But, the weight of the arm is transferred entirely to the neck. So while your arm will get support, your neck may get sore depending on the strength of the latter and the weight of the former. Just something to think about. This worked well for me but may not for all depending on those variables.
