These are great to use during summer or pretty much year round if you live in hot areas like Florida! They're lightweight and breathable. Easy to use and not super restricting. Husband wears them while working and then they just get washed with his work clothes.

I was pretty skeptical that these could actually provide coolong when outdoors, but weirdly they did! I chose the gray one because I really wanted cloud cover on my walk but there was none. This fit decently - enough stretch for smaller or bigger arms - the length isn't perfect, but I didn't expect it to be as everyone has different length arms! The thumb holes are well stiched, if a little snug. I wore it with a t-shirt and it did help to keep me cooler. Especially nice with a slight breeze - it seemed to amplify the cooling. Also - good UV protection as I had a line on my hand where it ended when I returned home from walk. I will use one at work to wear under plastic isolation gowns to see if it helps with the sweat factor.....

These sleeves are precisely what I wanted and needed. They fit perfectly and give me full coverage even when I wear a T-shirt with very small sleeves. If you want something to cover your arms from your shoulders to your hands, these are the sleeves for you.
