As someone else mentioned, the twist adjustment is stiff enough to need a vice and pliers, In addition to that, the nock alignment was off. Sorry I wasted my money on this. I'm getting a better one.

I read the reviews as always before buying something and this product is exactly what it says! The one star reviews clearly didn’t know what they were doing! The instructions are literally on the Amazon Product page in the pictures!! Do people not look at them? That’s crazy to me! The base is hard to turn because it has be tight otherwise it would just move with an arrow in it! I put it snug in my bench vice and used a wrench to turn it! This isn’t rocket science! I truly don’t know how someone couldn’t figure this out! I’ve done all twelve of my target arrows with no issue! The reviews that say the fletching wasn’t even clearly didn’t use the notch bracket that’s on the device!!! I truly worry about society if they can’t even figure this thing out! For the record, I used it then went looking for the instructions to see if they were on Amazon! If you want a cheap fletching jig then this is it! Also, I’ve never fletched arrows before! So I don’t have years of experience doing this!

The specs don't state it won't do 5 inch fletches, so I wasted my money purchasing this one. Adjusting for the arrow diameter is extremely difficult. I don't recommend purchasing this particular item because of the poor quality.

I guess you get what you pay for. No instructions come with this. Contrary to other reviews the base does actually turn to adjust for arrow size but it is VERY hard to turn and I had almost given up trying. You may need grippers or pliers to do it. The foil is not pre-cut to fit the device.It is very cheaply made. I have not yet fletched an arrow with it, but I am not confident of success when I try. I probably should have invested in higher quality equipment for the long run. But, read the first sentence.

Description states this is adjustable by turning the base. This is inaccurate as it will not turn whatsoever.

The scale is clear and the position card is helpful for you to determine the exact position of the arrow featherThe “scale” that is so clear, is simply an inch of unmarked hash marks on the bottom of the clap arms.Manufactured with accurate shape and size, has a close fitting, simple for installation and removal, will not take much effort or time. That is right, as it doesn’t work, so no time will be wasted!The ad shows the bottom twisting to adjust for arrow size. Rotate CW to narrow or CCW to widen.There IS NO PART THAT TURNS, and the whole where the ends of the clamps go is one size, not allowing any change of size.It does seem made well enough, IF IT ACTUALLY DID WHAT THE AD SAYS!Unfortunately, it really is a total waste of money and time unless you are using shafts of 1/8” ???Also, the “reviews” shows 1 Star reviews, AND 5 star reviews. In truth there is just one 1 star review and it is as bad as I found. Their “RATING” by fleaBay shows 3 stars. How do you average 1 single star review into that?

No instructions I have flecked arrows in the past using one vane fletching I needed to fletch some bolts thought I would try this had everything set to what I wanted 1 vane was off thought well 1st time doing it this was on me. After fletching 4 bolts not one ended up the same off as much as 1/2 inch.This purchase is also on me not reading reviews. I review things good or bad so don’t think “aww he probably don’t know how to fletch”. Not that it is this junk of a jig
