This is the best scale. It is sleek, light and easy to use. It comes with two batteries to pop inside, and you can weight yourself by simply stepping on the scale. No need to touch first to wake up and then step on. Right? Pretty cool. Additionally, and this is probably my favorite thing about the scale, after you download the Arboleaf app and enter some information like your height, the app will automatically measure many other things like body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, skeletal muscle among other things -- further, it will track the change from measure to measure over time. It is an incredibly helpful tool for me. I love it and highly recommend it.

I love this scale! It is small, so it fits well in my tiny bathroom and it’s also very lightweight and easy to move and store. With the new app update, it easily connects to WiFi and uploads all your data to your phone app even if your phone is not nearby. It graphs your weight, bmi, and other metrics and allows you to trend your progress! It’s an awesome scale and app and has helped me lose so much weight in only 2 months! I don’t pay too much attention to other measurements like body fat or bone mass, not sure how accurate those are. However, I know for sure the weight is on par with all doctor office and professional scales! The weight reading also lights up in large writing and is easy to see. 10/10 recommend this scale :)

I've been thinking about getting a smart scale for a long time, but the ones I saw were all in the ballpark of $100-$150. I couldn't make that work for my budget. Then, along came this little darling!Pros:The scale is made of sturdy materials and it has a gorgeous, sleek appearance. It's easy to use, it runs on three little AAA batteries (which I LOVE because most scales tend to run on the expensive and difficult to find button cells) and it's given me a brand new insight into my own body. The app was an easy download and registration process, and the scale paired with my phone right away. I got an accurate reading (based on weighing myself immediately before on my old bathroom scale), and the sheer amount of data the scale was able to give me was just mindblowing. And what a wakeup call! Learning information like the amount of fat on my body in total was not much of a surprise, but when I learned that my visceral fat is far too high, I have an excess of subcutaneous fat as well... that I have dangerously low bone mass, hardly any skeletal muscle, and so little protein in my system that it's amazing I can even stand... did I already say "wakeup call"?!Admittedly, I was pretty depressed to learn all of this. I'm 36 and over 340 lbs right now. But I never had any major health problems (except for herniated discs). My heart is good, my BP is good, my cholesterol is low. I never had any illusions of being "healthy", but it's one thing to suspect I'm unhealthy and another to see it in plain data. This scale has taught me that I need to make a major, MAJOR change, while I'm still young enough to make it.As to the things I didn't like:-The scale is NARROW. There was barely room for both feet. And because I have to have my large feet side by side with little space between them, I have problems with balance. Because I wobble around so much, the scale has trouble making readings. I was wobbling all over the place, struggling to hold still, nearly falling off the scale, and watching the readings wildly fluctuate. Now that I know this, I will make sure to stand in an area where I can hold on to something to steady myself. Last thing I want is to fall off the scale and hurt myself with my horribly low bone mass!I don't think this is a strictly bariatric scale, which is fine because I really love it anyway. It's just difficult to hold still long enough. But as I lose weight, I should be able to build strength and be able to hold still longer. Wii Fit anyone?I recommend this scale to everyone! It's amazing that we're able to learn so much about our bodies in a noninvasive way. So, so, so cool!

This is such an upgrade from my older smart scale. It syncs with my phone and Fitbit which I love too, and my doctors trust the app and just go by what the scale says as opposed to making me take my weight every time I go in for an appointment which is great too. Love all the data, and the bluetooth works great (WiFi not so much because we're on 5G). These are the only issues I have with it after a few months now:- My bone mass measurement is 100% wrong. It says I have "above average" bone weight but I have osteonecrosis and osteoporosis; due to the pandemic I haven't been able to get a Reclast infusion either. No idea what this is measuring but it certainly isn't my bones, my jewelry, or implants to equal that much density - not with these T-scores for the past decade.- The app works family-style with an Admin as far as I can tell, so there aren't really any secrets as far as data goes. I see all my BF's weigh-ins because I set up the scale and downloaded the app first. When he doesn't wait to connect his phone to the scale, for the bluetooth icon to appear on the scale with his phone in the bathroom, his data is "unassigned" and I end up moving it over to his account, which I set up. Not a great scale for roommates, or families, or privacy in general, despite the ability to have the functionality - it works best for one person.- For some reason, and I can't tell if this is on Arboleaf's end or on Fitbit's end, a lot of the time when the data goes from one to the other, there is a change in the weight by 1/10 of a pound on Fitbit's side, which then needs to be edited. It's really silly and hardly worth complaining about, and likely a Fitbit problem since they have other issues with their weight display (the Dashboard tile will also sometimes be 1/10th of a pound different from the app/actual weight, or the initial weight documented ever will be left off calculations by date, or be off again by that 1/10th of a pound).Overall, especially for the price (OMG SO CHEAP!) the scale is beyond worth it! There is so much data! Not useless data either - I think the only thing it doesn't tell me is how much undigested food in pounds I have in body and I haven't found a scale that does yet.
