Doesn't work. Will not shut off pump.

Tips: pressure switch runs in 20 psi increments. Meaning my 80 psi switch turns ON at 60 psi and OFF at 80 psi.The flow direction is IN on the right side (the insert with the small square removed) OUT on the left if looking at the label.I was looking for that info everywhere and couldn't find it so thought that it might be helpful to others. Overall great switch, occasionally drifts slights higher than 80 psi but not a big deal.

This pressure switch works but without the right Allen key to adjust it you will go insane!I have a full set of keys in my tool set and they are either to big or to small so I assume this thing uses a metric key.Maybe my keys are metric and this is imperial. Either way I spent a lot of time trying to make the adjustment with a key that is just a tad smaller than needed. To the seller, Just jack the price up by $2 and include the right key so that the end users don't have to mess around all day trying to adjust it.

Works perfectly. You may have to do like what I did and uninstall the mechanical shut off system that your RO system might have. It looks like a four-way valve - you won't need it when using this.

The product came as described and i was able to adjust the cut in at 80psi and cut out at 110psi. I did encounter a faulty switch but aquatec was KILLER in sending a replacement and I had the replacement next day. Wow, I couldn’t be more happy with this company and product. Highly recommend!!

The initial pressure of the unit was about 110PSI, and it was high enough that I saw a drop of water come from something that had been sealed well (just a single drop, so it may have just been cause by expansion rather than an actual leak). My storage tank is rated for 50psi, so I had it turned off during the tuning of the shut-off switch. I kept adjusting until the pressure was where I wanted it, and was able to get exactly what I wanted out of it. It dramatically improved the performance of my water dispenser and ice maker by allowing me to double the output pressure of my RO system without exceeding any of the pressure ratings. An excellent upgrade to my system.

I ordered this to replace a 40PSI switch just in case the internals were significantly different. I have a pressure pump in my RO system that this was to control. Initially with this switch installed the pump ran 100% of the time, and while the pump is rated for that it does heat up the water in the pump and line. Some simple turning and testing of the pressure regulator on the pump and on this switch got the two in sync and working as expected.I could probably have also removed the 90% auto-shutoff valve from the system instead, but I like at least the idea of that valve being installed.Switch works well. Time will tell about the reliability and longevity.

The switch works fine with one exception. It doesn't shut off until about 95 psig. Not a problem for me, but could be for others.
