I broke the end of my new sleeve during installation. My Aqua UV is installed vertically. I am not sure, but apparently a very small amount of soft debris in the sleeve cup was enough to break it when I tightened the cap to perform the leak test.Fortunately I performed the leak test, per the instructions. Because I noticed water in the sleeve when I went to install the bulb. Otherwise I would have doubled the expense if I had installed the bulb and applied power with a flooded sleeve. $50 lesson learned.I deducted 2 stars because the sleeve could be thicker and the base wall is thinner than the side wall. In my opinion, the sleeve should not have failed because I barely hand tightened the cap and the debris present was very minimal. I specifically ordered an OEM replacement for what I hoped would be better build quality. Apparently not.

Installed lamp because of green water other lamp was getting old and replaced it ! Took two days to clear up water cristal clear! I will order one every year!

I don't know what happens to my order. The website shows me bulb and sleeve sale together but bulb come right size but the sleeve too long and bigger then can not fit. If some one try to order ask before bought it .

I was sent the wrong size. I didn't realize, when I ordered, that there are two different diameter sleeves for the Aqua 25Watt sterilizer. Now I know better. Nobody seems to sell the correct model, which apparently is the A10010 at a reasonable price. I ended up improvising by cutting down a 40 watt sleeve to make it fit. Works great, now.
