I ordered this for my crested gecko. And when received was broken on back side. The box was good condition but was boxed not great. I put in for a refund and they changed it to a replacement that I didn't ask for. Had to call them to get done right. Don't waste your money on this item and the size is too small also.

Cheap. Plants are held on by bread twist ties. It has very rough spots that could easily harm your reptiles. I am very disappointed in this product. Not like the description. Please be nice to your pets and find a different climbing stick.

Mine arrived with one branch snapped off, just like other reviewers. I ordered a replacement, and the second one was broken in the exact same way. Save yourself the return and buy something else.

My tortoises really like this rock branch, my only complaint is that I ordered two and both came broke but I'm giving it five stars since it don't seem to bother the tortoises.

I ordered this product 3x and each time it arrived broken.The shipping box (double boxed) and the item inside was broken. I’m convinced that they are all broken to begin with prior to shipping. Although, bubble wrapped…he item sits looseInside the box.The product would have been exceptional if it came intact
