I got a luke lf30 to upgrade on my e46. I got the product on March 15th and today (4/24) I got a day off to do the job and the hose don't fit. And now I'm stuck with it

Doesn't fit. It's too long, the tube is facing the wrong way, the open end is angled wrong, the part may fit if I retrofit it, but I'm almost certain this won't work properly. I can't even return it now as I haven't had time to install it until today (8 days after return date), so I might as well just try to forcefully fit it.
