This product does no operate as I was hoping that it would, there is suppose to be a high and a low speed for this and there is only the low speed.

A good low cost replacement wiper motor. Perfect fit for my 2000 Chevrolet Blazer. I believe it's been installed for a month or so now and working fine. Nice to have a low cost option for a 20 year old vehicle that doesn't have much value anyway.
