Don't forget to remove the adapter from the old hose tube and install on this one so that you can connect to the throttle intake hose tube.

2002 530i fits but with a lot of stretching hose and clamps (yes it came with clamps) are noticeably smaller than original had to put some soapy water to stretch and used original clamps. Over all I got what I paid for but could be better.

This product did not match the intake air flow for the bmw 2001 e 39 530i., can't be understood why the seller saying fit's on the e 39, does not. I through it into the garbage can and went to buy the right one, at the local dealer ship. Cost me way much more but dint have any issues with it.If anyone have a 2001 bmw 530i do not get this product would't fit the size.
