I purchased this to feed my betta fish its a little fussy with food but it really liked this, the pellets are small and float on the surface , my fish seem rather happy!

Had to have this shipped next day because my spoiled little dude wouldn't eat the other food I had for him when I ran out of the bottle of this brand. Hes happy now and I'm happy with the price and that they were able to ship it next day since I wouldn't be able to get to the pet store that sells it. Thank you:)

My beautiful beta, Tom Jones, lives this food. He is a beautiful blue beta with a tail of flaming red. I think this food is enhancing his beauty.

Didn’t suit my Betta much. He’d spit it out a lot, and after some time stopped having it all together, until I switched to another brand.

My crochety old-lady betta loves this, and I've tried all kinds of betta food. Hikari Betta Bio-Gold, Fluval Bug Bites, Northfin Super Betta, etc. While those are quality foods, she just wasn't having it. But she loves this stuff, and the new baby betta loves it too! It floats a good long while, instead of sinking immediately like some others (Hikari). And it doesn't stink like rotting shrimp (looking at you, Northfin.) I alternate between pellet food, frozen daphnia, and frozen bloodworms, and thought maybe Francine was turning her nose up at the pellets because she was holding out for bloodworms or daphnia, but she eats these eagerly!

I purchased these specifically because they were advertised as "floating" and my betta is a little slow on the uptake when it comes to finding his food. My betta seems to like this food when he can get to it, but his bowl gets dirty much faster because these pellets are sinking to the bottom and getting stuck on his moss shrubbery. What must the neighbors think? Won't be buying again.

Although I haven't had a one on one conversation with them specifically on their like or dislike for their food. They eat the food every time I put it in their tank. It's recommended you feed a beta an amount of food the size of their eye ball every other day or so because they are survivor fish. Personally- I feel my fish do a lot of 'bored' eating. Swimming around the same tank all day has got to get boring. The elephant ear beta swims to the feeder every time she sees the blue top- so she is smart and knows its feeding time and she is happy or she hates it and she is trying to attack the food?Either way all 4 have been surviving off this food- none has turned their nose up to it yet.

Not only good for bettas. Most mid size fish ( mollys / swordtails / some platys ) liked the food. Enough of the small pellets fell to the bottom to feed the catfish - combined with flakes, all is good
