Worked great for the first 10 months. Ice maker stopped working. I attempted to contact the seller. Finally after over a month they send me a video on how to “fix” it by splicing the wires myself. Weird but ok. It did work but 6 months later the ice maker stopped working again, and then the hot water stopped working. Have been trying to get ahold of the seller again for two months. Cutting my losses and going back to the crock pot dispenser.

I purchased this water cooler and ice maker in November of 2021. It was one of the most innovative and space saving purchases I have made. However, the last year or so it was only sporadically making ice. Now it has completely stopped making ice. It’s only 3 years old. I can’t imagine that’s the life of the cooler.

we love this machine.. I bought it as a "house gift" because my family does not drink tap and bottled water is expensive ESP when you have a husband and kids that like to not finish drinking them and just open bottles, leaving them everywhere. the only issue we have w it is it makes too much dang on ice. we don't have the room in our fridge or deep freezer to hold the ice so we have to keep it on so the ice in the machine doesn't melt. because if the ice maker isn't on NEITHER IS THE FREEZER !! which absolutely sucks lol. we love the ice and it's not like we don't use or eat the ice but we find ourself buying more water just to supplement the ice maker.. never mind the pic my husband isn't home to put the water in and im 8 months pregnant

I would buy this again. I love the ice feature. Also the fact that I can get all three temperatures of water. Our fridge is not big and the freezer is even smaller. I can’t buy the large bags of ice because they take up to much room and the smaller bag doesn’t last

We go through so much ice in our home. This machine keeps up with us and having hot and cold water at the ready. Very happy. Nice and quite also

I love love love this dispenser. I don't think I can ever go back to bottled waters. The taste is so refreshing & we love it. The machine makes ice & we put store it in freezer for future use. The hot was is great. I would recommend this product.

We have no ice maker in our refrigerator, so we decided to try this product for both fresh water and to help with our ice shortage, especially in summer. So far, we have not run out of ice even with a big group at the house. Works great!
